41...Sonnet XXII
From time to time I've glanced at you.
Recognized you as the twinkle of my eye,
the fresh spring waters of my fountain.
A fleeting glimpse of sun-ray in my life.
The sound of the rolling tides,
the wind song upon the seashore.
I always knew who you were,
much has been said about you before.
Thousands of verses written in your name
many a life laid down in scores,
sacrifices and tears abundantly allowed.
One day you passed my way as never before
and from afar I called your name "LOVE!"..."LOVE!"
But...it was not me you were looking for.

40...Sonnet XVII
Let the sunshine set upon your face
so the rays of your shadow touch me.
Let your hair flow free in the wind
so your sweet perfume reaches me.
Let the ground shudder where you tread,
the trees sway and sing along your way.
The sky turning in your eyes so bright
stir the waters with your torrid rain.
Let the motions of your sensuality
breaking as waves, seducing the sea
gently form the essence of my smile.
Saying all without having to speak,
provocative eloquence so sweet.
This is the nature of love supreme.
